Probably the Warawara is too close to the Chuchubi nest.

Bees waiting to hear from their scouts
Thousands of bees are protecting the queen, while others (scouts) are looking for a place to settle. They fly off and on with information about possible spot. They inform the group about their finds by zooming, humming and buzzing high and low, and also with movements, up and down.

Update: The nest is empty. One side of the nest is open. We think it might be the big doves that, time and time again, were chased away by the Chuchubi, took the eggs. Could have been a lizzard or the Trupial, or some other bird too.
Ants and nest
I noticed some tiny red lice / mite (?) around the nest. Will go back to take a better picture.

The Queen and her bees, looking for a good place to nest.
A large group of bees flew away, this morning. We expect them to be back this afternoon. That is when the bee-keeper will be there too. The bees that stayed on the nest are busy as bees, doing a great job; whatever that is.
