At Boca Ascencion

We went (by car) to the Boca of Ascencion. The dirt road (coming from Willemstad, take a right turn just before the Plantation House) used to be closed, but recently it opened. It brings the visitor to the south side of the Boca Ascencion. 

There are turtles and waterbirds. Bring a good zoom lens!

Birds and mirrors

While we take off for a short hike, birds play with their reflection in the side window of our car.

Red Berry

Seed / berry of a plant that we saw along the trail to Boca Sal (Bandabou).
We don't know what is is. But beauty it has!
